1. This document describes the Privacy Policy of the Space Pictures application (hereinafter "Privacy Policy").

2. The Space Pictures (hereinafter the "Application") is installed on mobile devices after downloading the Application by the user through the Amazon and Google Play stores. The owner of the Application is Łukasz Zamorowski (Łukasz Zamorowski, Klasztorna 19, 44-109 Gliwice, Poland), hereinafter the "Owner."

3. Using the Application requires having a mobile device with Android system and Internet connection in the form of an enabled data transmission package or a switched on wi-fi connection.

4. Using the Application does not require the user to provide personal data.

5. The owner has made every effort to ensure that the application works properly and without error, but does not provide any guarantee that the application will meet all the requirements and expectations of the user. The owner is not responsible for any losses related to the Application. The User waives any claims against the Owner regarding the way the Application works.

6. If you do not accept the Privacy Policy, please do not install the Application or uninstall it. Permanent removal of the Application from the mobile device is tantamount to terminating the use of the Application.

7. The Privacy Policy is only supplementary to the Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=468496) and the Google Play (http://www.google.com/intl/en/privacy/privacy-policy.html) privacy policies. The owner does not bear any responsibility for the privacy policy implemented by the entities managing the Amazon and Google Play stores and compliance with: the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 2016, pp. 1-88), the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (i.e. Dz.U.2018.1000) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (ie, Dz.U.2017.1219), as part of the Amazon and Google Play stores.
